Exercise for the Rider
Our Exercise Class for Riders with Physiotherapist, Suzie Franz will
cover the importance of a limber frame, core strengthening, a centered
pelvis, back health, correcting postural problems, and overall body
balance. Handouts of exercises will be provided. We have already
received many phone calls regarding this class so here are the details
you need:

Special Instructions: Wear comfortable clothes and bring a floor mat
or rug. Bring a dish to share for the potluck lunch.
