The 'Success with Horses' Tour
Pat and Linda Parelli became clients of Indian Creek in 2002. We first met at their Mid Rivers Expo Center 'Savvy Tour'.
From the stands we noticed that Linda's favorite jumper Remmer was having difficulty with his left lead. We decided that
Remmer most likely had some pelvic rotation and soft tissue injury. During the lunch break it is typical for Pat and Linda to
take timeout to speak one-on-one with any interested spectators. So we took the opportunity to discuss the matter with Linda
personally.
When we told Linda of our concerns her face brightened up and she explained that Remmer had recently sustained an injury to his
left hip going through a gate and that he was indeed off his mark. She asked if we could evaluate and treat him that day, but we
had no equipment with us, so we set up an appointment for early the next morning before the event. Suzie checked Remmer all
over, pointing out his pelvic problems to Linda, and then treated Remmer with photon therapy. She suggested Linda place him
on some herbal supplements. That same day Remmer performed his jumps flawlessly and Linda was ecstatic.
After the St. Louis performance, Pat and Linda re-routed their trip to Canada to meet up with Suzie and Dr.Linda Harmon-Dodge
at a little park in Lincoln, IL. to evaluate and treat Pat's favorite black stallion Casper. On a rainy day in April, we treated
Casper, Remmer and Amy's mare and then had lunch in the 'Success with Horses' motor home.
Since then we have worked with Pat and Linda when they make it back to the midwest on tour. Remmer
has excelled and Linda attributes his improvement to our therapies. In April of 2003, we worked on Casper, Liberty, Magic and
Horse City. The Parelli's are firm believers in the work we do at Indian Creek.
